GoAskAlex Launches new YouTube Channel “Ostomy Education”
After a short hiatus on her YouTube channel, adult model GoAskAlex has returned with the first video in a new educational series titled: “Ostomy Education“. In contrast with her previous Q&A videos, this series aims to educate long time fans and new viewers alike in an ‘easy to digest‘ (pun intended) shorter format.
The first video in the series “The Difference Between a One Piece and a Two Piece” delves into the technical terminology of her medical device. Though the video is purely educational in nature, Alex explains that it is ‘all part of the process‘ of dismantling ableism in the porn industry.
Says Alex; “Demystifying the life of people with disabilities is a step towards understanding that disabled people can often have the same fulfilling sexual experiences as able bodied people – and porn is certainly part of that!”

GoAskAlex is an award-winning 18+ performer, feminist, and advocate for the representation of disabled bodies in pornography. She has spent the past six years as a webcam model and adult content creator. After becoming an ostomate in 2019, she focused her career on advocating for underrepresented bodies in adult media. She has since then been featured in XBIZ magazine (including a cover photo as their first ever model with an ostomy) and was featured in Hustler E-Magazine for her “Disabled Sex Workers” Calendar. Most recently, she won the 2020 XBIZ Awards for ‘Best Inked Model”.
